Bringing Your Dream to Life

Once your file is perfect Koorosh will e-mail
that jpeg to you (like the picture shown here).
If you have changes, it’s simple to make them
at this point. If (like most of our custom clients)
you’re elated with it just as it is, you’ll approve
the design with your signature, and fax it back
to Koorosh.Then Koorosh turns over the creation
of your dream ring to President/Master Jeweler
Oscar Valencia, whose talented team of artisans
will translate your dream sketch into the reality
of superlative design,elegant gemstones, and
magnificent precious metals. These are the
steps in that making-the-dream-come-to-life process:

Oscar transmits your ring’s software file to our
EnvisioTec/Perfactory CAD/CAM modeler, which
generates an exact three-dimensional model of
your ring perfect in every measure and detail –
using a photopolymer resin (that replaces tediously
hand-carved waxes that were required for centuries
in fine jewelry’s age-old “lost wax” casting process..

Make an appointment to come and visit us

Get to know CEO/Chief Designer,
Koorosh Daneshgar. Maybe you’ve already
sketched your dream ring. Maybe you’ve torn
out pictures of some rings you like (and/or
some you hate!). If so, bring them, along.
You’ll talk over your tastes in gemstones and
precious metals. (If you already own your
gemstone(s), bring it(them), so that Koorosh’s
design can showcase your stone(s) to best
advantage.) You’ll talk about budgets,
schedules lifestyles, your ideas for other
marriage-jewelry pieces, the kinds
of work you do with your hands
and other personal details, too.*

Koorosh is an imaginative, intuitive, inspired, seasoned, and easygoing guy. He’s
passionate about creating perfect jewelry. He also shares your goal: He focuses like

questions. Then (just as artists have done for centuries as they begin the creative
process), Koorosh will pick up a pencil and begin to translate your dreams into his
preliminary sketch of your ring.

After quality-control approval, your perfect photopolymer model is cast in your
choice of precious metal(s) (Platinum or Gold (yellow/white, 14K/18K).

Now that 21st century technology has performed its essential services, it’s time to
return the creation of your ring to talented human hands, powered by the human

A talented team of computer artists takes over, inputting every graceful feature,
detail, and nuance of your ring into our state-of-the-art CAD (computer-aided
design) jewelry-making program. Once your file is perfect, this astonishing software
generates a jpeg – your design, your precious metals choice, even your gemstones
– that looks exactly like a real-life photograph of your finished ring.

Your dream ring design comes to life in precious metal (your choice of platinum or
gold (14K, 18K, yellow or white), utilizing the protocols of the age-old lost wax
system, Your computer-generate photopolymer model is buried in a cylinder of fine
plaster. When the plaster dries, when the cylinder is baked in a hot oven, your
ring's model melts, and the photopolymer material and escapes the plaster cylinder
via a tiny drain hole, leaving behind a perfect, three-dimensional, negative image of
your ring in the plaster itself. Then molten precious metal (your choice of platinum
or gold) is poured into the plaster, filling the negative image, and creating your
dream ring. The plaster is broken apart and your casting sees the light of day for
the very first time.
